Job Description
ZDIGITIZING, a premier provider of embroidery digitizing and vector art services, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. This full-time position offers an engaging work environment centered on delivering exceptional service to our global customer base.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranges from PKR 40,00 to 70,00, with additional performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities: Professionally manage customer calls, provide comprehensive product information, and maintain precise customer records. Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
Shift Timing: Fixed Night Shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
