Job Description
ZDIGITIZING is seeking a full-time Remote Data Entry Operator to support our embroidery digitizing and vector art services. The role requires monitoring team communications, maintaining error-free Google Sheets, verifying and following up on file names, responding promptly to colleagues, and updating senior staff on order and edit statuses to improve turnaround times.
- Requirements: minimum 1 year of data entry experience, strong computer skills, proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Technical: Windows 10/11 PC (Core i5 4th generation or better, 8GB RAM, SSD), stable internet with a backup connection, and reliable availability during assigned hours.
