Job Description

Zeta Technologies is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate in Segments & Pricing. In this pivotal role, you will generate reports and provide essential data analysis support to our business teams. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing MS Excel and Power BI.
• Conduct analysis of competitor marketing and pricing strategies.
• Assist in crafting effective marketing campaigns to drive acquisition.
• Extract insights from application data and user feedback.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis for various business teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient app testing.
• Keep accurate documentation of results and insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in reporting or analytics.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with BI tools.
• Basic knowledge of software testing and defect reporting.
