ZUE Pvt Ltd is looking for an Outbound Specialist to connect with dermatology patients for follow-up care. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to schedule appointments, clarifying patient histories, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess 1-2 years of outbound calling experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. Applicants must be comfortable working during U.S. shift hours.
