Job Description
Position Overview:
Zue Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Accounting and Bookkeeping Executive to oversee daily financial transactions, maintain precise records, and assist the finance team with timely reconciliations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Record transactions in QuickBooks
– Reconcile accounts monthly
– Process payments with Bill.com
– Support payroll entries using Paychex
– Generate financial reports and maintain documentation.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
– 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience with U.S. clients
– Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Paychex.
